Project HO:PE Africa is a recognized USA non-profit registered in South Africa created by Randy & Carolyn Collier in 2014. What started as a dream and vision as a way of blessing others as they have been blessed has grown into a group of likeminded individuals and organizations strategically connected to accomplish this purpose.
Our purpose is to teach skills that create sustainability through empowered relationships. The purpose is always to strengthen, encourage, and equip others that create sustainability. With the goal being that these empowered relationships, in turn, empower others.
